Delivery Policy (Shipping)

Freight rates will be added on selection when completing your shopping cart order. 
 

Plants, Bulbs, Gifts and Hardware

 

Delivery is “Door to Door” by courier post or your Rural mail contractor.

• North Island is overnight delivery.
• South Island is 3-day delivery (but often overnight)
• Rural should allow an addition day for delivery.

Courier Post will email you when your parcel has been collected from us (If you have provided an email address.

Freight costs cover courier & handling.

• Nationwide courier charge (Including rural) - $9.00.
• Orders may be collected from our premises at 7 Clarke Rd, Te Pune, Tauranga.

Many items are Pre Order products, and your complete order will be dispatched when we are able to provide all product.

 

Seeds

• Seed only orders under $70.00 (excluding freight) have the option of NZ Standard Post - $4.50
• Seed orders over $70.00 are sent via Nationwide courier as above.
• NZ Standard Post allow 10 days.

 

Our Dispatch Policy

Gardenpost orders: Will be dispatched within 5 working days. This includes Lilies, Caladiums, Garlic, Seed Spuds, Asparagus, Yams, and Shallots. Orders containing Dahlias will be dispatched when all stock is available to complete your order. (See below)

Gardenpost pre-orders: Will be dispatched when all stock is available to complete your
order. Our NZ grown Dahlias are due to start dispatching in August.

Wildflower World Seed only orders: Will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Gift Store orders: Will be dispatched within 3 working days.
